Brandon Hall is back in this fast-paced Christian mystery-rooted in faith, family, and freedom.
For once, full-time farmer and part-time private investigator Brandon Hall passes up a government contract job to take his family on a vacation to the eastern shore of Virginia. But no sooner does the seaside vacation start when he agrees to help a friend with a family problem.
When the personal favor turns into an investigation-which ends in a war between Brandon and the South American cartel, known as MS-14-he must use all of his resources to fight a well-armed, heavily-funded, crime syndicate as well as corrupt US law enforcement agents to save a young girl.
Outnumbered and outgunned, Brandon begins to worry that he's fighting a proxy war that cannot be won with physical weapons alone.
This fast-paced Christian mystery offers danger both above, and below, the surface of the sea. Like all Brandon Hall novels, this is a clean read.
