Author Biography
Gangadhar Joshi, a mechanical engineer with Masters in Industrial Engineering, has extensive experience in the corporate sector and higher education at strategic and operational levels with a view to achieve excellence. As the former Director of Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management (SIOM), he made the institute known in the corporate world as a reliable source of globally compatible managerial human resources within a short span of three years. He is currently the Principal Consultant of Gangadhar Joshi & Associates, a multidisciplinary management consulting, education and training firm.
