Product Description

by Jeremy Deconcini (Author)

Ben Adams is a former FBI agent who did five years for the killing of a DEA agent. He lives at the beach in a fog of surf and moderate alcoholism.

Jessica is an environmental graduate student who just survived an attempt on her life. With her intellect, his tactical and investigative skills, the pair embark on an adventure that takes them all over the Southwest that ultimately leads to conspiracy and murder.

In the era of climate change, globalization and drought, what Ben and Jessica find might change how you think about border policy and watering your lawn.

The debut novel from former Special Agent Jeremy DeConcini takes a dangerous, thrilling and sometimes funny look at the lives of people on the fringe in the desert and on the coast.
