The title Caged Bird Syndrome is an allegorical representation of the soul of man confined to a cage of flesh, a figurative way to convey a verbal image for the declining deprivation of rights, privileges, and restrictions on every aspect of life as a prisoner and, therefore, the mental condition of transgressors. Life after LIFE illustrates this struggle and guides the reader through a message of sacrifice, servanthood, and redemption through salvation.
