He serves as a critical member of the Physician/Provider Compensation team, providing insight for strategic and financial business analysis for WellStar's medical doctors, doctors of osteopathic medicine, and advanced practice providers. Jordan is a dynamic individual who works closely with business partners, delivers superior analytics, and manages complex tasks in a nationally recognized organization. He provides additional value-added consultative analytical support and insight to the US small general manager to evaluate financial performance, identify profit improvement opportunities, and develop metrics with key business partners to actively manage the profitability of the merchant portfolio. As a former member of the Navy's Career Recruiter Force, he was part of a cadre of exceptional human resource recruiting managers who were vested with special command trust and confidence extending to administration and managerial functions. He resides in Gray, Georgia.
