Author Biography
Jonathan Hunsley is the Service Development Director for Assist Knowledge Development. Jonathan has worked within the financial services and consultancy sectors and specialises in business architecture, business analysis and service design. He is a regular speaker at international conferences and contributed to the publications Business Analysis (4th Edition) and Business Analysis Techniques (3rd Edition). Jonathan was the chief architect of the A4Q Certified Service Designer Award. Debra Paul is the Chief Executive Officer of Assist Knowledge Development and is a Visiting Fellow at Henley Business School, University of Reading. She has worked in business analysis and transformation for over 30 years and is the editor and co-author of the best-selling BCS publications, Business Analysis, Agile and Business Analysis and Delivering Business Analysis: the BA Service Handbook. Debra is a regular speaker at business seminars and IS industry events and has delivered keynote presentations at numerous conferences.
