Chi-shad Liang, who holds a PhD from New York University, has written numerous articles on Southeast Asian affairs. He is the author of numerous articles on Southeast Asian politics, including Thailand's Foreign Policy and most recently The Normalization of Diplomatic Relations between Indonesia and the Peoples Republic of China.
