Bumps On The Road is a collection of travel essays inspired by my adventures and misadventures of travel to some of the poorest nations on earth and to some of the wealthiest. It is not a compilation of what-to's, when-to's, where-to's or the how-to's of travel. It is not a memoir of a life on the road, nor a journal of self-discovery. It is not a discourse on how this or that culture changed my life. It is simply a series of pieces about my experiences of criss-crossing this wonderful world: first class, no class and every which way in between.
