Author Biography
Ben M. Bensaou is a professor and dean at INSEAD. As a business innovation consultant, he has helped companies like Allianz, Avis, BASF, ManpowerGroup, Toshiba, Heineken, AkzoNobel, Starwood, and Novartis build innovation into their corporate DNA. Bensaou has been a Visiting Professor at Harvard Business School, a Research Fellow at the Wharton School of Management, and a Visiting Scholar at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
