It utilizes all the New Urbanist buzzwords. The group is gathering signatures to place before voters a measure that would re-jigger the county's master plan (necessary because of the Orderly Growth Initiative that voters overwhelmingly approved in 1984 and then was extended in 1994 and 2008).
