Christine Morgan Williams was born and raised in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. She was a teacher in the Philadelphia School system for 30 years. She also mentored new teachers and student teachers. Mentoring new and student teachers she had to develop various ways to get every child to read. This system was used for beginning readers.

After retiring, she worked as an administrator in private schools and Day Care. She also taught her grandsons to read before they started kindergarten. She has three children and six grandchildren and now living in Florida.
