Each single row involves two passes of the needles, knitting half of the stitches and slipping half of the stitches each time, which is very different to most other knitting techniques. Judith Schur teaches knitting workshops across the UK and makes video tutorials online. Previously a yarn shop owner for several years, she has also completed the City and Guilds qualification in Hand Knitting and Design. She is passionate about sharing information and inspiration to get everyone knitting more.
