My prayer is that this journal acts as a tool to help you break through strongholds, generational curses, fear, anxiety, depression, past hurt, and all the things that have hindered you from being the BEST you that you can be. You are here for a PURPOSE and it was done on PURPOSE. There is so much inside of you that you have yet to tap into. It is time for it to come forth. It is time for the real you to Stand Up.
Enter this journey with an open mind and heart to properly receive all that God has for you Give it your best. Put your best foot forward. Being Steady is better than being Still. Expect Change, Expansion, and Growth. However, also expect tears, some pain, and friction. This comes along with the Growth and Expansion that God is going to give God. He will provide all that you need to push through. Be reminded that your mind is servant to you, and you are not servant to your mind. Understand that God is with you, and he will see you through. There is more with you than against you. Chin up. You got this and you Shall Overcome!
