Product Description

by Walt Cross (Author)

Walt Cross served on active duty for more than twenty years and then served in the Retired Reserve for another nine years subject to recall. Walt's first assignment was as a field medic working with the Airborne, Ranger, and Special Forces training commands. His last assignment was as a master sergeant operations NCO for an Infantry Brigade. Between those jobs he served in combat with the First Infantry Division in Vietnam and with the Army CID Division in Europe and as an Army recruiter in Chicago. He then served as an AGR soldier (Active Guard Reserve) with the USAR. This is his and his family's story that any veteran will identify with and any civilian understand.
