Author Biography
R.V. Doon is a retired nurse living in Mobile, Alabama, a haunted and historical city. She loves her two dogs, sailing on Rio, her catamaran, and reading to her heart's contentment in mysteries, thrillers, and suspense. R.V. has long enjoyed reading cozy mysteries with amateur sleuths caught up in a twist of romantic suspense. Naturally, she combined her love for both in her debut novel, Body Wave (A Text-A-Nurse Cozy Mystery). Her characters reflect her own background as a nurse, teacher, and pet owner. In Body Wave, the main character just wants to lift her small business, Text-A-Nurse, off the ground. Her dying aunt makes a confession and throws her life into chaos.
