Kim Jihyun is an illustrator and picture book creator from South Korea. Her first picture book, The Depth of the Lake and the Height of the Sky, was widely praised and featured on year-end 'best of 2022' lists from Booklist, The Horn Book Review, Kirkus Reviews, School Library Journal, The New York Public Library and The Boston Globe.
