He's suspended from a 14 gauge navel ring made with a 7/16" durable 316L surgical grade stainless steel curved barbell with an aqua gem set into the 8mm bottom ball. He has black gems set in as eyes for a wise, knowing expression. But lest you think he's all work and no play, there's an aqua cubic zirconia gem suspended in his center in a way that allows it to move slightly.
