Cheri Barrett was born in Marietta, Georgia and grew up in Miami. She graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor's in early childhood education. She pursued a fulfilling career as a kindergarten teacher and is now retired. Cheri has been married for forty-two years to Bob, the love of her life, and they reside in Jupiter, Florida. They have two grown children, a son and a daughter, the joys of Cheri's life. Cheri is a true South Florida girl and enjoys playing golf and any opportunity to experience God's beautiful creation.
