Author Biography

About Author Santosh Jain, a Wildlife photographer based at Pune, works for awareness about Nature, Wildlife & Social Causes. He was first introduced to Photography at a young age, when his father bought a black and white camera, but it took many more years for him to know his passion for Photography & Wildlife. Santosh's first ever visit to jungle was accidental that happened during a family weekend outdoor trip, but that visit was not the last. The accidental family tour became a turning point and thereafter many of the weekends were spend by him in the Jungle but the professional obligation was making it tougher for him to take out time for his passion for Wildlife photography. He retired from the post of Asst. Vice President of bank to embarked on a different journey - the world of wildlife photography and also started own venture to provide consultancy services to his clients. A portrait of male Leopard photographed by him is now displayed at the residence of first ever woman Hon. President of India.
