Her career trajectory has since elevated her to global leadership roles at industry giants such as Google, Meta (Facebook), Gartner, and Salesforce, where she has led high-impact teams and initiatives.
Suezette's expertise spans talent acquisition, leadership development, team building, DEI, and organizational culture, making her a sought-after thought leader and change agent. A TEDx alum (TEDxBoston/TEDxBeaconStreet 2015), she has captivated audiences across the USA, Canada, the Caribbean, the UK, and South Africa, sharing insights that inspire action and drive innovation.
