Laurie Driesen is a writer, entrepreneur, and business owner. In her book, Beyond Regret, she uses examples from her own life to demonstrate how she has been able to get past regret and live out her life purpose in spite of mistakes and detours in her past. Beyond Regret is based on Biblical truths and explains how God uses the complex maze of our choices to work together for good in our lives. The book examines regret from many angles, including missed opportunities, how regret can help us, and how to have an "investment" view of life. Laurie Driesen has a background in Sales, Human Resources, Recruiting and Retail Management. She has spent over 15 years placing jobseekers with corporate clients and providing outplacement and coaching services. She has a passion for studying the Bible and has led many small group Bible Studies. Her writing includes newsletter articles on subjects including Hope, Perseverance, Grace, Relationships, and Christian Growth.
