My brain healing journey begins when I suffer a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). I am shocked to be imprisoned in my brain by a thick, blurry glass wall. The world I lived in my entire life has become a foreign outside world, and I am completely disconnected from everyone and everything, including my own body. I want my life back, but there isn't a guide, map...not even a pamphlet to show me how to free myself from the prison in my brain and be reconnected. I am on my own.
