F. Mark Granato is a former journalist and corporate communications executive with extensive international experience. Along with "Beneath His Wings: The Plot to Murder Lindbergh", he is the author of novels that explore the "What if?" questions of history. Among these are "Titanic: The Final Voyage" and "Of Winds and Rage". He lives in southern Connecticut with his family and writes under the watchful eye of his beloved German Shepard, "Groban".
