He graduated in 1932 as the Senior Class President. Four years at Lake Forest College, two years teaching there, and a radio and theater career in New York was followed by his sensational film debut in Kiss of Death in 1947. His acting technique could take you from one side of the fence to the other and it helped carry him through a 72 movie career. Bartlett Lee Kassabaum is an award winning artist, and this is the first book he has written and illustrated. He is the winner of four Illinois Migratory Duck Stamp designs that graced the state Duck Stamps and Prints. He has over a hundred of his works in print.
