by Tedros Hemberger (Author)
When I first started detailing cars, I didn't have a grand plan or a five-year vision. I had a bucket, a few supplies, and a strong belief that I could offer something valuable, something more than just a clean vehicle. What I didn't realize at the time was that I was building more than a service. I was building myself. This book is not a how-to guide. It's not a rags-to-riches story. It's a window into the mindset, mistakes, growth, and grit it takes to run something of your own. It's about navigating uncertainty, owning your identity, and figuring things out as you go, while learning to enjoy the process.
I wrote this for anyone who's ever had a dream that felt too small or too quiet to matter. For the entrpreneuers, the creatives, the thinkers and doers who are still trying to figure it out. I don't have all the answers, but I have stories. I have lessons. I have moments I am proud of, and moments that humbled me. I believe that sharing them can offer something meaningful to someone else. In these pages, you'll find reflections from my personal journey, converstaions with mentors, moments of doubt, unexpected lessons from everyday experinces, and honest truths about what it really takes to stay the course.
If nothing else, I hope this book reminds you that growth doesn't always come in the fom of milestones. Sometimes it comes in the quiet decisions, the second chances, the early mornings, and the days you almost gave up, but didn't.
