Author Biography

Mario Torres Jarr?n is the Director of the Institute of European Studies and Human Rights at the Pontifical University of Salamanca (Spain). He was a Researcher and Associate Lecturer at Friedrich Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg in Germany and Stockholm University, and Director at the European Institute of International Studies in Sweden.
