Her memories, such as finding a long-lost cousin of hers while in Germany, singing with German and American choruses throughout her career, and finally owning the German car of her dreams -- all inspire Eliza to try and cling to what remains of her life on earth. But will her efforts and those of her angel and her family be enough to save her?
