His previous filmmaker interviews have included John Cassavetes, Paul Mazursky, Conrad Hall, John Schleshinger, Peter Bogdanovich, Roger Corman, Louis Malle, Vittorio Storaro, Carlo DiPalma, Elia Kazan, Sven Nykvist and Dean Tavoularis.
