Product Description

by David Feherty (Author), Shawn Coyne (Editor)

"Feherty is at his self-effacing best." -- Los Angeles Times "Golf is not a game, it's a punishment." -- David Feherty The New York Times bestselling author of A NASTY BIT OF ROUGH and SOMEWHERE IN IRELAND, A VILLAGE IS MISSING AN IDIOT, returns with a singular assortment of ribald observations on golf, life, and how best to not take any of it seriously. "First Joyce, then Yeats, now Feherty. The tradition of Irish literary excellence continues, but with this difference: of the three, only Feherty is funny." -- Steven Pressfield, author of THE LEGEND OF BAGGER VANCE and THE WAR OF ART

Author Biography

David Feherty is the host of the talk show FEHERTY on The Golf Channel. The New York Times called him "a cross between Oprah Winfrey and Johnny Carson." A mainstay throughout the PGA golf season on CBS Sports as an on-course personality and commentator, Feherty is also the author of SOMEWHERE IN IRELAND, A VILLAGE IS MISSING AND IDIOT, A NASTY BIT OF ROUGH, THE POWER OF POSITIVE IDIOCY, and DAVID FEHERTY'S TOTALLY SUBJECTIVE HISTORY OF THE RYDER CUP. Born and raised in Ireland, he now lives in Texas.
