Author Biography
With the demeanor of a sage, leavened with a strong dose of animation, Andrea brings years of leadership experience to her work as a coach. Before opening SageCoach in 1997, and leading a highly successful entrepreneurial adventure ever since, Andrea held senior leadership positions in Fortune 500 technology organizations. Her extensive client list includes both large and small organizations, from FedEx to Deschutes Brewery to entrepreneur coaches, accountants, and other professionals. Andrea enthusiastically pursues hiking (obviously!) as well as kayaking and improv theater from her home in Bend, Oregon which she shares with her husband, Beryl Rullman, three cats, and two delightfully active Springer Spaniels. Andrea wrote and published (by Career Press) a book with her colleague Carol Leavitt, Play to Your Strengths.
