Author Biography

David MacPhail is a children's author from Scotland. His books include An Amazing Illustrated Atlas of Scotland and An Amazing History Atlas of Scotland, and two humorous series for young readers: Thorfinn the Nicest Viking, and Velda the Awesomest Viking. Anders Frang is a freelance illustrator from Denmark. He studied at the Danish Design School in Copenhagen and Edinburgh College of Art, Scotland. He is the illustrator of An Amazing Animal Atlas of Scotland, An Amazing Illustrated Atlas of Scotland and An Amazing History Atlas of Scotland.
