Author Biography
Dr. Samantha S.S. Chaitram is a Research Manager at the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service, an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of the West Indies, and a Spanish interpreter for the Ministry of National Security, Trinidad and Tobago.
