Author Biography
Financial success as a business owner enabled me to retire at 39. I then focused on my new reality: Personal Finance. It's challenging for me but almost impossible for those with less financial experience. Money is a highly emotional subject. The thought of studying it is intimidating because we believe it's too complicated and too much to learn or we're just supposed to know it because we deal with it every day. Most people don't read even a single book on personal finance and it's not generally taught to us in school - either high school or college. Result: missed financial stability and opportunities. I want to help. I'm a Giver, that's my personality. I raised my son as a single dad (he graduated high school a year early and is attending university) and always put the well-being of the frail elderly under my care first, as a nursing home administrator. This resulted in years of continuous deficit-free state health surveys and never once being sued for any issue, healthcare or otherwise during my career. This book is a result of wanting to extend my giving self and bring the basics of wealth creation and social justice to as wide an audience as possible.
