Product Description

by David Rogers (Author), David Rogers (Illustrator), Tanya Rogers (Author)

This is the true story about Tanya, a 12 year old girl and what she did to remain safe while she was being stalked from a possible predator at the local park. This story tells you about her journey as she tries to make her way home.

Author Biography

Tanya Rogers was born (2003) in Bellflower, CA. She is 12 years old and going into the 8th grade. She lives in Los Angeles, CA with her parents, David and Elsa Rogers. Tanya is an entrepreneur and author. Tanya has always had many interests and actively participates in school activities. She has won awards for performance in math, reading, science fair, spelling bees and good citizenship. In 6th grade she managed to get elected to the position of Student Body Secretary of her middle school. Up until the end of her 6th grade year she attended public school in the Los Angeles Unified School District and for her 7th grade year she started to attend a private Christian school. In 2016 Tanya made the next leap and became an author. She had a personal experience with a potential kidnapping and wanted to share this experience with everyone. She hopes that what she learned and did can help other children (and adults) avoid this from happening to them.
