He has over 25 years experience in software development, and has been managing successful teams for over 18 years. He has also been a director in large media organisations and led the successful transformation to agile methods. In 2010, he won an award for Most Valuable Agile Player in the UK in recognition of his contribution to the agile community and his impact in implementing agile methods in large, complex and dynamic organisations. He is now an executive consultant and is helping other organisations to do the same.
