As a licensed Heal Your Life(R) Teacher and certified meditation and yoga instructor, Laura Annan has over 15 years of experience in personal development and holistic healing modalities. After the ending of her 25-year marriage, she moved to the mountains seeking a new beginning. This transformational inner journey inspired Laura to translate her personal experience of healing into nine stepping stones to navigate the way from heartbreak to wholeness.
