Product Description

by Warren Trest (Author)

For many years during the Vietnam War, the United States conducted a secret bombing campaign in Laos. The Ho Chi Minh Trail ran through this country and was a major supply route into South Vietnam. This is a review of the success of interdiction efforts by U.S. and allied air units in Laos along the enemy's lines of communication. A secret Project CHECO report (Contemporary Historical Evaluation of Combat Operations) produced by the U.S. Air Force and declassified in 2010, it goes into great detail about the units involved in these covert operations.
