Product Description

by Katie Kahn (Author)

The "Space Explorer's Guides" are intended for children between the ages of 5-10. Beautiful photos and graphic illustrations of the planets and space are on every page. Information on each planet has been trimmed down to make the text as straight forward and easy to comprehend as possible. The author wants the reader to be engaged and excited about what they are reading, not bored by it. Every book ends with a question to encourage your child to continue learning about the subject.

Author Biography

Author and graphic illustrator Katie Kahn is a Florida native. She considers herself a panhandle poet. Kahn enjoys exploring her local beaches, cold water springs, and parks with her children. Each book that she writes starts as a question one of her children asked. She volunteers teaching creative writing to adults living with mental illnesses as part of an arts-in-medicine program she helped found.
