This guide doesn't tell you all of the technical "whys and how", but only tells you of what to add and what to do to keep your PC operating at its best and what to add to help you keep your private information private. I am not, and never claim to be a computer expert, however I am a very informed user with many years of working on all MS operating systems. I believe that I know what works and what doesn't work and what are the not needed "garbage" programs. For the most part, I am just like you.
