A Primer for Lectors is a short guide to those who must read the lessons in church but do not know how. It explains how reading in church (being a lector) differs from other types of public speaking, and lays out a step by step guide to take the mystery (and the misery) out of the process. A Primer for Lectors guides the inexperienced church reader or lector. Breaking the process down into its steps, Primer helps the lay reader move from terror of the unknown to a calm cooperation with the Holy Spirit. Author Biography
Albertus Minimus is an experienced teacher, poet and lector. Having survived many excruciating church readings, he wrote his outline for success as a lector for those who may not have an experienced hand nearby to help out.
