Product Description

by Kaiso Vernon Rich (Author)

As I always teach my students; Martial Arts is a way of life and not a sport, those who treat it as a sport should not train in the Martial Arts. Training is a sport that last 3 months out of the year and then you compete while training in your Martial Arts is your entire Life Hi guys, never in my wildest dreams that I thought that I would be writing a book letting alone being a Martial Artist. I didn't get into the Martial Arts because you've seen it on T.V. or everyone wanted to be Bruce Lee (lol) I got into it because of where we moved to and the death of a family member. I knew about it and I had to protect myself and my family then martial arts gave me my identity and confidence. I'm not a tall guy but being a martial artist I can handle myself better than I could before. For me it's a way of life and now with my experience and tutelage I can give my students insight and how to handle themselves as a Martial Artist and a good person. Martial Arts isn't for everyone but if you are going be one stick to the discipline and be a damn good one
