Product Description

by Bill Hegedus (Author), Diane Hegedus (Author)

Bill Hegedus was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, grew up in the suburb of Ardsley. He became a Christian at the age of sixteen, through the message of a Christian movie called RED RUNS THE RIVER. He has been involved in full-time Christian ministries for over 40 years. Before retiring as pastor, Bill spent the last 25 years as the senior pastor of Bible Baptist Church in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey where he conducted numerous gospel outreaches including an annual passion play and several mission's trips. His ministry was focused on communicating the powerful gospel truths in simple and understandable ways. He studied at Tennessee Temple University (B.A.) and Liberty University (M.A.). Diane Hegedus was born and grew up in Decatur, Illinois. She became a Christian at the age of eight during Daily Vacation Bible School. She meant her future husband Bill in a Christian college and they married the following summer in 1965. They have been married 50 years and have seven grown children and currently eleven grandchildren. Diane has served in several ministries as a pastor's wife, she taught Sunday School for nearly forty-nine years, and continues to support her husband in his endeavors, while serving in whatever capacity God leads her to. They now live in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina and have recently started a new ministry, "Good News for the Nations Ministries".
