This book uses some experiences with dogs to meditate on some challenges that relate to our pursuit of God. None of the analogies in this devotional are meant to be perfect Scriptural parallels. They are simple observations that may cause us to think a little deeper about a Bible verse, a quality of our God, or an area of our lives where we can do better. The author is a lay person who hopes that stories about his dogs will challenge us all to pursue Christ with more passion. Ron is retired and currently enjoys facilitating classes at a Christian addiction recovery program on a volunteer basis. He greatly appreciates the invaluable help of Larry and Jim. Ron has a wonderful wife and two daughters. And yes - they all love dogs!
