Paul is no stranger to violence. Raised amidst moonshine and mobsters, he murdered his father and had his sister Evelyn committed to Bellevue to achieve his own sense of success and manhood. When the case begins to grow cold, Director Hoover calls his team back. It's a race against time to solve Jane Doe's murder. It's a race against time before Charlie's life hangs in the balance. In the end, no one goes unscathed without bloodshed.
