Product Description

by Robert J. Jr. Walker (Author)

Robert Walker Jr. is a seasoned mediator and consultant with over 30 years of experience from his tenure at UPS. After retiring in 2019, he founded Walker Mediation & Consulting, specializing in conflict resolution and organizational transformation. Robert earned a Doctorate in Business Administration from National University and is a certified mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. He also holds a bachelor's degree from Albany State University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Beyond his professional work, Robert is active in community service with organizations like Urban League and the American Red Cross and mentors through Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Irina, and daughters, Sydney and Olivia.

In the heart of every child lies an insatiable curiosity about the world around them. This curiosity, if nurtured through travel, can transform their view of the world and themselves.

This book reveals how exposure to new cultures, environments, and experiences can pivot the life trajectory of at-risk children toward boundless potential.
