Developing countries have been observed to have low BIM maturity and are struggling to adopt the technology amidst no clearly defined pathways for achieving BIM capability maturity. Obuks Ejohwomu is Senior Lecturer in Project Management in the Department of Mechanical, Aerospace & Civil Engineering at the University of Manchester, UK.
Clinton Ohis Aigbavboa is a Professor in the Department of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying and Director of cidb Centre of Excellence & Sustainable Human Settlement and Construction Research Centre, University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
