She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Aeronautics and an Associates Degree in Business. Barbara started her own real estate firm, Parker St Claire Realty in 2004 and ranks in the top 1% for sales in her area. She is also and editor and publisher of 3 own local real estate newspapers - Springs Real Estate News, Monument Real Estate News & Fountain Real Estate News. Barbara's experience and training in helping people avoid foreclosure includes hundreds of successful closed short sales, training from the top short sale experts in the country and considered a local expert by her colleagues in the area. She has experience listing and selling foreclosed homes as well as homes where owners are facing foreclosure.
