Product Description

by Cj Rhodes (Author)

Our success-driven culture breeds competition and unhealthy behaviors among many otherwise wonderful leaders. In 7 Leadership Principles for Service and Success, CJ Rhodes offers a different, but not new way, of viewing leadership. Believing that our best leaders see themselves first as servants, CJ maintains that the best way to lead well is to serve your way to success. This book invests invaluable wisdom in seven simple yet profound chapters that can be read by the busiest leader. If you want to be a better leader in your family, church, business, or political career, this is the book for you.

Author Biography

With nearly two decades of leadership and ministry experience, CJ is an anointed voice for reform and transformation in the church and society. He is a family man, pastor, professor, theological thinker, and much sought after thought leader changing his generation, one community at a time. His ministry radiates from Jackson, Mississippi, where he pastors the historic Mt. Helm Baptist Church, and expands to reach people and places around the nation and world. A scholar and mentor, CJ also serves as Director of Student Religious Life at Alcorn State University. He has degrees from the University of Mississippi, Duke University Divinity School, and Wesley Biblical Seminary. He and his wife, Allison, have twin sons.
