Author Biography

Rob McBride was born in San Antonio, Texas and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Graduate Degree in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona. He began his professional career in the financial services industry in Denver, Colorado, working with First Investor's Corporation and then PAMCO Securities and Insurance, which later became Liberty Financial. In 1992, when he was 30 years old, he moved to Caracas, Venezuela continuing his career with Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor. Subsequently he moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina, traveling throughout Latin America for three years as Marketing Director for J. & W. Seligman & Co. Since 2002, he has lived in Caracas, Venezuela. He is dedicated to motivating and inspiring others to live happier, healthier, and more productive lives through his speaking and writing.
