Author Biography

Neil K. Agarwal, MD is presently doing his third-year clinical residency in Internal Medicine at Drexel University/Hahneman University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his undergraduate studies in biomedical engineering at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. He obtained his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies in 2015. He has been active in volunteering work both locally and internationally. He has travelled to Hondurus and Panama to help in medical clinics in the past. He has been active in clinical research and has presented over 30 abstracts/posters at several national and international scientific meetings and has published over 10 articles in peer reviewed medical journals. Shashi K. Agarwal, MD is a retired Cardiologist. He graduated from Grant Medical College, Bombay University, India in 1974. He was the Chief Medical Resident at Bergen Pines County Hospital in Paramus, New Jersey in 1979. He finished his Cardiology Fellowship from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine and Affiliated Hospitals in 1981. Dr. Agarwal obtained his Board Certification in Internal Medicine in 1979 and Cardiovascular Diseases in 1981. He had been a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, American College of Cardiology and the American College of Chest Physicians. He has presented over 150 scientific abstracts/posters at both national and international scientific meetings and has published over 50 full length medical articles in peer reviewed medical journals.
